Customer Service Representative

Reports to: CSR Manager

Summary of Contribution:

The CSR associate provides great customer service that earns loyal and long lasting relationships. As a partner with our sales team, they offer exceptional sales support with their knowledge and friendly personal attention. Together with their salesperson(s), they make a competitive team that is customer driven to generate repeat orders and new revenue streams.

The CSR works to manage orders efficiently and develop supplier relationships in order to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. The CSR associate must interface well with our sales representatives and suppliers to exceed our customer’s expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Friendly Customer Care and Great Sales Support

  • Enter and process orders with detail to extensive follow-up.
  • Take charge of customer problems, vendor errors and shipping discrepancies by responding the same day with a solution.
  • Communicate and escalate order issues before problems occur.

Inside Sales

Main Objective: Manage the promotional product sales cycle for existing clients with a goal of maximizing sales.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client accounts and increase sales and gross profit margins in cooperation with our Business Development Managers by:
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
    • Proactively identifying opportunities for sales
    • Being the product & service expert
    • Presenting creative product & service solutions
    • Presenting cross-sell and up-sell ideas to clients
    • Dealing with objections and closing sales
    • Managing the order writing and client confirmation process
    • Following up with the client post-delivery
    • Providing best-in-class customer service
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing outstanding service
  • CRM activities & notes must be 100% up-to-date
  • CRM follow up commitments & activities must be 100% on time
  • Have face-to-face meeting or speak with each client every 3 months
  • Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and for resolving issues
  • Promptly – 100% on time follow up required
  • Expand sales with existing clients by introducing additional solutions and services
  • Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit margin goals
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring new products and client projects
  • Most work is performed in our office but occasional client visits may be required

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and work quickly while under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, be responsive to customer needs in a timely manner and meet critical deadlines
  • Caring, ability and willingness to consistently go above-and-beyond to exceed client expectations
  • Strong belief in a systematic and structured approach to selling that includes the use of CRM technology to manage your daily routine and be proactive
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and embrace new technology
  • Self-motivated, friendly, positive, energetic and enthusiastic

Outside Sales

Main Objective: Increase sales revenue primarily by winning new clients and by effectively managing the account relationship and the product sales cycle to gain an increasing share of their business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 1+ year in a hunter/prospecting/New Business Development role
  • History of earning over $60,000/year in a commissioned sales role
  • Professional commitment to earn over $100,000/year and have no income limits
  • Ability to effectively communicate, especially on the phone, and build and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level and the junior manager level
  • Outstanding written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to present creative solutions that address the clients challenges
  • Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task and work quickly while under pressure

Warehouse Supervisor

Summary of Contribution:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for shipping, receiving, local deliveries and warehouse inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong Logistical Skills
  • Receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS and truck
  • Inspect all incoming shipments for quality and quantities
  • Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping
  • Prepares labels for shipping using UPS World Ship & FedEx Ship Manager

Competencies:

  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must be personable and present a professional image
  • Must have strong organizational skills
  • Must be able to lift 50lb boxes
